Cancellation:Condos: For cancellations received 30 days or less prior to your arrival, the deposit will not be refunded. For cancellations 7 days prior to the arrival date or in the event of a no-show, 50% of lodging costs will be charged.
Hotel: No charge if cancelled 48h and more prior to your arrival. Otherwise fees equal to one night will be charged.
Deposit:For each reservation a 250$ deposit or 50% of lodging costs will be charged on a credit card when you book. Total amount will have to be paid when you check-in.
